New Detached Garage, Mechanicsville VA

Built new 25’ x 30’ detached garage. Project included site preparation, gravel base, concrete slab and apron for doors, brick foundation to match existing house garage, framing, windows (including custom octagonal front window), garage and side doors, electrical work to run power to new garage and install lighting, siding and roofing to match house, with insulation and drywall inside.

Remodeled Kitchen, Ashland VA

Before: Kitchen was dated, and cabinets were falling apart.

Remodeled kitchen with all new modern cabinetry with contrasting color on the new larger island, beautiful new quartz countertops with overhang for seating, range hood in cabinet, tile backsplash, new hardwood flooring, recessed lighting throughout, and new pendant lights above dining table.

Remodeled Primary Bathroom, Ashland VA

Before: Shower was small and cramped, and there were two small entry doors to the bathroom. Unused jacuzzi tub took up too much space.

Before

Jacuzzi tub was removed to open up space. Two small entry doors were closed up, and a new larger wheelchair accessible entry door was added. His and hers vanities were installed on either side of new entry door. Soaking tub, grab bars, and large handicapped accessible shower with zero entry shower floor, bench, and handheld shower were added.

Built new 60’ x 20’ storage building for client. Project included grading of lot, drainage ditch, gravel driveway, concrete slab, foundation with stone veneer, framing (using lift), insulation, roofing, large garage doors, siding, and indoor and outdoor electrical work, including parking lot light poles.

Reconfigured kitchen, dining room, and breakfast area to create beautiful large kitchen with island, and new dining room area with cabinetry.
Project involved removing wall between kitchen and existing dining room, removing existing peninsula, installing all new perimeter and contrasting island cabinetry, new countertops, new tile backsplashes, new windows, and new lighting.

Back Porch Addition, Mechanicsville VA

Built new large screened porch on back of house. Project included composite decking flooring material for durability, building of new stacked stone wood burning fireplace with hearth and wood storage, TV mount above fireplace, screens and railings, custom steps to backyard, wood beadboard ceiling, skylights and ceiling fans in porch.
